Our new latest project #GrandSquare Mall, Situated in the heart of the New Administrative Capital.
Empire was engaged by #PyramidsDevelopment as the general #contractor for the project to undertake the construction works at the iconic #GrandSquare Mall building, build on 7,800 m² area and consisting of 11 floors each is 5000 m² The project is offering unit spaces to administrative offices and commercial units.
The desired outcome of the project was a sophisticated amenity upgrade, incentivizing tenants to lease spaces and attracting customers to shop, dine and enjoy leisurely time at #GrandSquare
